Strip out, first fix, boarding, tanking, tiling, second fix and the making good, handed back finished rather than left waiting on a tiler.
Tanked and falls formed properly, with the drain set before the tiling rather than worked around afterwards. Wet rooms leak when the detail is rushed.
Boilers, radiators, towel rails, underfloor heating and the pipe runs moved or renewed while the floors are up.
Large format, marble, mosaic and metro, set out from the centre lines so the cuts land where nobody looks.
Bathrooms in roof spaces and under stairs, including pumped waste where gravity will not do the job.
Vanity units, alcove shelving and airing cupboards made in the workshop to fit the space you have got.
Usually one to two weeks from strip out to finished, depending on the tiling and whether anything is being moved. A bathroom that stretches to a month is nearly always one where the trades were booked separately.

Yes, as part of a renovation or on its own. Radiators, boiler swaps, pipework and underfloor heating are all handled by our own team.
